Robyn started with Care 4 Quality back in 2016 when it was just Helen and Robyn working in an adapted office/summer house in Helen’s back garden. Since then Care 4 Quality have grown and grown, and Robyn now proudly runs the C4Q office undertaking many tasks, some of which include overseeing consultant enquiries, bookings, and visit preparations. Robyn also checks the majority of audit reports after they have been formatted, and then sends them to the customer.

During her working day Robyn deals with a range of customer and consultant queries and she likes to ensure that we always have open communication, are transparent and work together to achieve excellent results for our clients.  She loves her job, but it sometimes can be stressful dealing with such a range of expectations… every day is different! Therefore outside of work, she likes to socialise with friends and her partner Matt, travel, pester her cats and watch the F1 Grand Prix, her most recent obsession after visiting Silverstone this year.
