The purpose of the disciplinary policy is to provide a structure for dealing with team misconduct. All team members have the right to fair and consistent treatment, as well as fair investigations of alleged misconduct and the application of any warnings. The Disciplinary Policy may be used where there is an allegation of misconduct brought to the attention of a member of the Management Team.
