Everyone deserves a workplace which is free from harassment and bullying and to ensure that everyone they work with is treated with dignity and respect. It is the responsibility of everyone within a company to comply with this procedure and particularly the senior management team, to ensure it is carried out, with a view to developing and maintaining a working environment in which bullying, and harassment are understood by all to be unacceptable.
