Our team at Care 4 Quality. are hosting another free webinar! This follows the first two webinars of our series, from which we have received great feedback from those in attendance.
This month’s session is for those looking to create a person-centred care plan with the potential to achieve that ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating providers aspire to. The main topics covered will be:
- Care Planning in Adult Social Care
- Care Planning in Health Services
- Outstanding Care Plans
- Preparing for Inspections and Evidencing Compliance
More information
We will talk you through the entire care planning process- from initial assessment and preparation, development, implementation, review, and inspection. We will demonstrate what the CQC expects by talking you through real world examples of care plans, compliance, and inspections.
We will also discuss how to prepare for inspections, and what exactly inspectors will be looking for when it comes to care plans and assessments. We will give you ideas on how to ensure your care plans are truly person centred, as well as how to present your care plans in the best way possible in order to evidence your organisation’s compliancy.
Who will be running the webinar?
This month’s session will be ran by Danielle Thompson from our Policies and Procedures Team, as well as Gabi Ashton, our Head of Client Relations.
