CQC New Strategy
At the CQC, testing for the New Strategy Launch is due to begin this summer. This is significant, as it signals the beginning of a shift of CQC’s proposed method of working and engaging with health and social care providers like you.
The exact nature of their proposed Quality Statements and Quality Indicators has not yet been made clear; however, the CQC have emphasised that they plan to move towards an increasingly remote method of assessment with less frequent onsite inspections.
This means the way your service is inspected will change, and the evidence you provide will need to be increasingly remotely available. Keeping a finger on the pulse of these developments is key over the coming months to ensure you are prepared for the changes – this webinar will be hugely beneficial in this.
The same training session will be delivered live on Wednesday 22nd June and Thursday 23rd June, so please sign up for one slot that suits your diary.
