Manager/Provider Mentoring
The Care 4 Quality Manager Mentorship Programme offers a 6-week mentoring initiative, that is conducted remotely and tailored to fit around your schedule for maximum benefit. Upon enrolling in the programme, you will gain access to full remote support and will be contacted to determine the most suitable commencement date.
As a participant, you will receive a wealth of resources, templates, and tools aimed at supporting both you and your service.
This support programme has the option to be delivered remotely via MS Teams.
Designed with the challenges of unprecedented times in mind, the programme is geared towards providing managers with professional and consistent advice.
The aims are to cover the following items:
- Dealing with change (including navigating the CQC’s new single assessment framework)
- Embedding best practice
- Updating on current legislation and regulation
- Identifying effective ways of monitoring and evidencing practice
- Ensuring sustainable actions that have a positive impact on the service.
