We are delighted to announce that one of our clients, Minster Home Care, is now officially registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The team at Care 4 Quality. Ltd have been working closely with the organisation since they started the registration process, which was delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic. They initially applied for registration back in October 2020, but only had their interviews in place at the end of March 2021.
Despite this delay, the Minster Home Care team have been working extremely hard behind the scenes in preparation for their registration success.
Dez Ward, a Director and co-founder of Minster Home Care, said:
“With more and more adults wanting to stay in their own homes in later life and along with my experience in working in a similar business model, we decided to take the plunge to start Minster Home Care and have never looked back.
“Hearing about our successful registration with the CQC really was the icing on the cake. We have built this company from nothing and now we have been registered, we can provide regulated activities to the people who need us the most. Our relationship with Care 4 Quality. has blossomed into something that will work for us in the long-term to ensure we are remaining compliant with the CQC.”
As Minster Home Care awaited their interview dates, they set-up their website, social media and marketing pages. This was due to the help and support provided by Care 4 Quality. Ltd’s sister company, TwentyOne12, who are experts in the field of health and social care marketing.
Dez continued:
“We relished in the time it took to register with the CQC as we were able to find our feet within the industry and establish our brand. We have been recruiting and training several new employees, as well as formulating a plan for the future and how Minster Home Care will expand within the coming years.”
Will Rosebury, Marketing Director at TwentyOne12, said:
“It has been a pleasure to work with Dez and the team at Minster Home Care. Along with the minefield of work the CQC registration process entails, it was evident that they needed assistance with their marketing too. We have set up their website, including its content, as well as their Google Ads account which we use to maximise their SEO. We have also taken control of their social media accounts which is another great way for healthcare providers to ensure they reach as many potential clients as possible.”
This is just the start for the Minster Home Care family, and we cannot wait to watch their organisation grow.
They are passionate about delivering the very best home care services to the people of York and the teams at Care 4 Quality. and TwentyOne12 are proud to say they contributed to that success.
