Safeguarding events can become stressful and time consuming to manage. We can offer independent support and advice as you navigate the safeguarding and investigation process. We will support you on Safeguarding meetings and help you to gather and collate robust evidence and present your position. We can carry this out with or without a visit to your service and fees for both can be found below:

We can also offer a Core Risk Review.
This full day audit focusses primarily on Regulation 12 – Safe Care & Treatment. We will audit documentation within the care service (Care/Support Plans, risk management plans, environmental documentation, accidents, incidents, safeguardings, CQC notifications). We will also speak with people who receive support and from people who work at the service, along with a service walk around and assessment. This audit will conclude with a core risk audit report and identify key strengths, actions, and recommendations.
