One of our clients, Vein Solutions Ltd, are now successfully registered with the CQC.
They are a multi-speciality vascular treatment clinic based in Cheshire, who offer a comprehensive range of varicose vein treatment options, encompassing both minimally invasive techniques and conventional vascular surgical procedures to eradicate varicose veins.
Mr Sameh Dimitri, the founder of Vein Solutions Ltd, approached Care 4 Quality. to assist him with the registration process.

Mr Dimitri found the registration process quite daunting at first, particularly as a new provider.
However, he believes the process of registration provided reassurance for his clinic, which enabled him to provide a better service of care for his patients.
He continued: “The process is quite consuming, and it takes a long time to get everything in place when you approach the CQC, but once you’ve done it, you appreciate how important it is and how it can make the lives of your patients and staff a lot easier.

“It also involves the staff and patients in the decisions of how to run a practice and to work in confidence, covering all the safety issues as well as the governance issues.”

They supported Mr Dimitri throughout the entire process and resolved any issues that arose.
This included help with preparing for the Registered Manager interview and providing the right policies and documentation on request of the CQC.
